Who we are

Hardclassics Festival is organised by F2P BV (Free2Party), based in Haarlem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 61388556. For questions about privacy you can contact us at info@free2party.com.

What we collect

When you pre-register for one of our events, we collect your first name, last name and email address, the edition you pre-registered for, and the date and time of your registration and confirmation.

Why we use it

• To send you information about the event you pre-registered for: date, location, line-up and the presale.
• To give you early access to the presale and the pre-registration price.

We only use your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by pre-registering and confirming your email address (double opt-in). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

Who processes your data

Our mailing lists are managed in Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on our behalf within the European Union. We do not sell your data and do not share it with other parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses cookies for statistics and marketing, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta and TikTok pixels. Non-essential cookies are only placed after your consent via the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to data portability. Send your request to info@free2party.com. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
