Between 1:00 PM and 11:00 PM on July 27, 2024, the Hardclassics Festival will take place at De Ven in Spaarnwoude. We close the entrance doors at 20:00 so be on time!

This event is only accessible to individuals 18 years and older. Don’t forget to bring your ID!

During the events, you can only pay for drinks and food with tokens or a consumption card, not with cash. Tokens are available at a central sales point on the premises. Here, you can pay with both cash and card.

Lockers are available on-site (for a fee).

(Paid) parking is available around the location.

The location is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Use the address De Ven, 1981 LW Spaarnwoude.

Choose a pick-up location near you, request your own pick-up location for groups of 7 or more, or organize your own bus trip if you’re with a group of 20 or more. Do you want to bring your own food/drinks to the festival due to a food allergy or for medical reasons? Do you need medication during the event? This is no problem, as long as you have a medical certificate, medication overview or prescriptions (matching your ID card).

During the event, security personnel and first aid staff will be present on the premises. They contribute to a safe progression of the day/night. Please listen carefully to the instructions of the security personnel, the first aid team, and the organization. Everyone will be checked by security personnel at the entrance.

We advise against purchasing tickets from third parties, as we cannot guarantee their authenticity. Do you have questions about your ticket? Please contact our ticket provider, Eventgoose. 

– During the event, visitors may be searched if necessary.

– By entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge and agree to the house rules applicable during the event.

– Visitors under the influence will be denied entry.

– No ID means no entry.

– Minimum age for visitors is 18 years.

– It is prohibited to bring food, alcohol, beverages, bottles, cans, glassware, and drugs or foodstuffs onto the event premises. Deodorants, nail files, scissors, and other sharp objects are also forbidden.

– The trade and/or use of (soft/hard) drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in police notification.

– All hard and soft drugs will be confiscated.

– Visitors enter and attend the event at their own risk.

– The organization is not liable for any damage to the property and/or goods of visitors.

– Attendees consent to being recorded in image and sound media and the publication thereof.

– On and around the event premises, you are required to follow instructions from the organization, security personnel, or other staff.

– The organization may refuse entry to visitors.

– Violating the house rules may result in expulsion.

– Club colors, such as expressions of football clubs and/or motorcycle clubs, are not allowed.

– If you violate the house rules, you cannot receive a refund for your ticket.

– Tokens purchased during an event are only valid during the announced opening hours of the event.

– Purchased tokens are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
